Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Callivox website and service.
1. These terms
The service is provided by Hamwi Computer Software L.L.C, trading as HA Consultancy, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Callivox provides AI agents that answer phone calls and messages across channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and web chat, that can book appointments, and that hand conversations to your team when they should.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
4. Plans, billing and taxes
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in UAE dirhams. Prices exclude 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. Yearly billing is discounted as shown on the pricing page. AI credits and voice minutes are consumed as described there, and overage is charged at the published rate.
WhatsApp and Meta conversation fees are set and billed by Meta, vary by country and message category, and are not included in our pricing. Callivox adds no markup to them.
Subscriptions renew automatically. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your card the plan fee, plus VAT and any overage, at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change plan prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before that renewal.
If you upgrade mid-period, the change takes effect immediately and we charge a prorated amount for the rest of the period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
Payments are processed by Tap Payments; Callivox does not store your card details. Charges appear on your statement as HAMWI COMP SW.
5. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, it is limited in duration and usage and may be changed or withdrawn. No payment card is required to start a trial.
6. Your content and your customers’ data
You keep ownership of your content and your customers’ data, and you grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers’ data, for obtaining consent where required, and for complying with the rules of the messaging and telephony platforms you connect.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Callivox for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes, for unsolicited bulk messaging that breaches platform rules or UAE law, or to impersonate another person or business. We may suspend the service for breach.
8. AI limitations
Callivox uses automated systems that can make mistakes. It is a tool to assist your business, not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing outcomes where accuracy matters and for configuring escalation to a human.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and any service levels for paid plans are as described in your order or service agreement.
10. Intellectual property
The Callivox platform, software and brand remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
12. Termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law. We may terminate for material breach or non-payment.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, for existing customers, notified by email.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
